Privacy policy
Preliminary version of October 9, 2026, under legal review. The Spanish version prevails. Questions? Write to [email protected].
What data we process and why
- Your account: email, username, the name and bio you choose, and your password stored as a hash (never in plain text). Used to sign in and to show your profile.
- Your routes and photos: the tracks you record or import and the photos you upload. We remove EXIF location from photos unless you ask to keep it. You choose whether a route is public or, with Pro, private or link-only.
- Home area: if you set one, we store its center and radius encrypted, and the part of your routes inside it is never shown to anyone else.
- Location: only while you record, navigate, share live or join a group ride. Live positions are deleted when the session ends or expires.
- Emergency contacts: name and phone number of the people you choose. We only use them to text your location when you trigger SOS or don't cancel a crash countdown.
- What you post in the community: comments, reviews, logbooks, condition reports, group-ride messages and content reports, to show them and to moderate.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, show ads or use third-party trackers in the app or on this site.
Who we share it with
Only with the providers that run the service, for that purpose: Cloudflare (network and file storage), Twilio (emergency texts), Amazon Web Services (account emails) and Open-Meteo (forecasts, requested from our server with the route's coordinates and none of your account data). Anything you publish as public can be seen by anyone.
Your rights
You can access, update, correct and ask us to delete your data, and withdraw your consent, under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 and, in the European Union, the GDPR. Write to [email protected].
How long we keep it
As long as you have an account. When you delete it, we delete your routes, photos, contacts and posts, except what the law requires us to keep. Backups rotate and deleted data disappears from them over time.
